Personal data processing — sauna enquiries
1. Data controller
The controllers of personal data submitted through the form on the sauna page are Siarhei Hun and Natalia Tiuliupova. The processing of this data is not part of the activities of FUNDACJA MROJA.

Your name, phone number or messaging contact, and any information you choose to provide in the form.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to contact you, provide advice, help select a suitable sauna, prepare a quote and support your order.
4. Intermediary and seller
We act as an intermediary: we provide advice, help you choose a sauna and support your order. The official seller and contracting party to the sale is WolaGroup. Payment is made directly to the seller.
5. Sharing data with the seller
If you decide to place an order, the data needed to process and fulfil it may be shared with the official seller.
6. Retention period
Data is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and support your order, or longer if required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and exercise other rights provided by the GDPR.
