§1. Information about the Foundation

The website presents the activities of Fundacja MROJA, its initiatives, events, opportunities to participate in the project and ways to support the Foundation's work.

§2. Nature of the website

Fundacja MROJA does not operate an online shop through this website and does not currently sell its own goods or services on it.

Products offered by project partners may be displayed on the website.

For products offered by WolaGroup:

Customer communication, help with product selection and enquiries about cabins and saunas are handled by Siarhei Hun and Natalia Tiuliupova, separately from the Foundation's activities. Fundacja MROJA does not conduct sales discussions or handle these enquiries.

WolaGroup is the manufacturer and legal seller, issuing the invoice and receiving payment.

Fundacja MROJA is not a party to the sales contract for these products.

§3. Electronic services

Through the website, the Foundation may provide:

• access to information about MROJA's activities and project;
• contact with the Foundation;
• the opportunity to express interest in events, volunteering or cooperation;
• links to partners' websites or offers;
• the opportunity to contact Siarhei Hun and Natalia Tiuliupova about products displayed by partners;
• the opportunity to donate to the Foundation, if this feature is introduced.

The basic functions of the website are free to use.

§4. Technical requirements

To use the website, you need:

§5. Payments

Fundacja MROJA does not accept payments through the website for products sold by WolaGroup or other partners.

Payments for partners' products are made directly to the relevant seller.

If donations to Fundacja MROJA through the website are introduced, payments may be handled by an external payment operator in accordance with that operator's terms.

A donation to the Foundation is not payment for goods or services.

§6. Delivery

Fundacja MROJA does not sell products and therefore does not deliver goods purchased from partners.

Delivery terms are determined directly by the relevant seller.

For WolaGroup products, delivery arrangements are agreed between the customer and WolaGroup.

§7. Returns and withdrawal from a contract

Fundacja MROJA is not a party to sales contracts for products displayed on the website.

Accordingly, the seller determines the rules for returns, withdrawal from a contract and any refunds for purchased products.

For WolaGroup products, these matters should be addressed directly to WolaGroup.

Complaints about products, their quality, order fulfilment, delivery or product payments should be addressed directly to the relevant seller.

For WolaGroup products, sales-related complaints are handled by WolaGroup.

§9. Donations to the Foundation

If donations through the website are introduced:

• donations will be made to Fundacja MROJA;
• funds will be used to pursue the Foundation's statutory objectives;
• a donation will not create an obligation to provide the donor with goods or services;
• payments may be handled by an external payment operator.

Users must use the website in accordance with the law and good practices.

Sending unlawful content or taking actions that could disrupt the proper operation of the website is prohibited.

Data provided in cabin and sauna enquiries is covered by a separate privacy policy, which identifies Siarhei Hun and Natalia Tiuliupova as the controllers.
